Complimentary Air
-Trek Bicycles on Michigan Avenue has a yellow air compressor hose located outside the shop near our bicycle rack. There is no cost to use the air hose. Presta valve adapters are also available at the front counter to purchase.

Bike Rack
- The bicycle rack located in front of our store is available for your use. Trek Bicycles on Michigan Avenue asks that you lock your bike perpendicular to the rack so that others may use it as well. In order to minimize bicycle theft, we ask that you do not leave your bicycle in the rack for more than 24 hours.

Rentals
- Rental bikes are available.

Fit Services

-Free Test rides (Please bring a valid State ID or Drivers License and a major credit card)

- Price Matching - Ask us about price matching. Bicycle must be in stock, and must be the same year, make, and model.

Service Center
-The Trek Bicycles on Michigan Avenue service center will service all makes and models of bicycles. No appointment is necessary. Please bring your bike to the store during our hours of operation for a free estimate. For more information please view our services page.
- Please DO NOT enter into the service areas unless otherwise requested by a Trek Store associate.

Return Policy
- Return policy for all merchandise is as follows: Merchandise may be exchanged within 7 days of original purchase for other product or store credit only.

Vehicle Parking
- There is an available public parking garage located at 1130 S Michigan Ave.
- Trek Bikes Michigan Ave. has available 2 hour parking for a validated rate of $7.00

Shopping Bags
- In order to keep our environmentally friendly standards we do not offer plastic shopping bags, but offer recycled paper shopping bags.
- We also sell reusable Trek shopping bags for $2.99
